One-On-One Session of Full Body Workout
Consists of exercises targeting the muscles in the body.
Target the following areas:
Upper body: Arms, Chest, Neck, Head, Shoulders, and Upper Back
Middle (Core) body: Abdominal Areas and Lower Back
Lower body: Ankles, Feet, Hips, Glutes, Thighs, and Quads
One-on-One workout session geared towards your health and well-being
The training will be busy during Mondays through Thursdays. Also on Friday morning and afternoon as well.
I offer state of the art and updated nutrition plan for anyone that comes to me for personal training
I create a healthy meal plan so that the client can have a healthy lifestyle and productive diets along with their fitness journey
I teach the client the function of the workout and how to execute the movements of the specific exercise that they are doing
Each workout makes you focus and hone in on your body and how your muscles move and function. I will teach you guidelines and techniques. I will teach you structure and focus.
Group session training deals with one trainer and a group of people that want to exercise and stay healthy as well.
If you do bring other people, make sure that they chip in and help out with your payment.
The payment is going to be $500 per group session of 1 hour on Monday through Thursday as well as Friday mornings and afternoons
Every Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and only Friday morning.
I will help you get in shape and stay healthy and fit.
I will push you to your absolute limit and beyond. If you want to quit or give up, than you know where the door is. If you are serious, then put in the work.
